The Variety Santa Fun Run – Sydney 2009
We are proud to say the first EVER Variety Santa Fun Run was a resounding success with just over 1,600 Santas taking to the streets of Sydney in spectacular fashion. George Street was completely shut down as we painted the city in a sea of red and white and people from all ages, abilities and backgrounds took part. International and national media covered the festive event and the city of Sydney looked sensational!
Almost $100,000 has been raised to date from the inaugural Variety Santa Fun Run – an outstanding achievement and a great way to start this Christmas. Congratulations to all those who took part in history and ran last Sunday and a special THANK YOU to our Platinum Sponsors Adrenalin, Silver Sponsors Sanofi-aventis and Major Prize Sponsor British Airways for their outstanding support.
